Kedi Healthcare Seller Compliance Policy
Rules for presenting and selling Kedi Healthcare products through an independently operated OCL Health website.
Last updated: 12 October 2026
Independent seller and membership status
OCL Health is an independently operated website, not the official Kedi Healthcare website. Kedi Healthcare’s published distributor rules say distributors may own websites and digital media to promote their Kedi business, but websites using Kedi’s name, logo or trademarks require prior written approval. Such a site must clearly identify itself as belonging to an independent distributor and display the distributor’s Kedi identification number or Service Centre number. Before Kedi product pages go live on this broader OCL Health website, the seller must obtain written confirmation that this exact site structure and brand presentation are permitted. A Star 2 membership does not override these conditions.
Before any Kedi product is published for sale, the seller must review the current written Kedi Healthcare member/distributor agreement, marketing rules, online selling rules, territory restrictions, pricing requirements, product image and trademark rules, and any approval process that applies to the seller's actual membership tier. Kedi’s published rules also state that a website carrying Kedi branding must be used solely for promoting the Kedi business and must not display, promote, market, advertise or sell competing products or services in the same line of business. Because OCL Health is a broader health website, keep Kedi-branded listings unpublished until Kedi provides written approval for the specific site and content arrangement.
Permitted products and proof of supply
Only genuine Kedi products sourced through an authorised channel and held under appropriate storage conditions may be listed. The seller must retain purchase records and any documents required to establish authenticity and lawful resale. Products must not be repackaged, relabelled, split or modified unless expressly lawful and authorised.
Each listing should accurately show the product's identity, pack size, ingredients and label information, current price, availability and any required registration details. Do not create fictitious stock, misstate product benefits, alter official packaging artwork or use an image of a different formulation or pack.
Claims, testimonials and product imagery
Use only product descriptions, claims, testimonials and promotional assets that Kedi has authorised for the seller's channel and that comply with applicable law. Kedi’s published rules prohibit unsupported claims beyond current official literature, and require prior written company consent for advertising and for use of its name, logo or trademark. Do not create independent Kedi-branded promotional materials without written approval. Do not claim that a product cures, prevents or treats a disease unless the claim is permitted, supported by approved indications and all necessary advertising approval has been obtained.
Do not fabricate customer testimonials, clinical studies, medical endorsements, before-and-after images or regulatory certificates. Do not describe the seller as a doctor, pharmacist or other licensed professional unless that credential is genuine and relevant. OCL may require the seller to provide written permission for logos, brand marks and promotional materials.
Regulatory compliance in Nigeria
Kedi membership does not replace Nigerian regulatory requirements. Where a product is regulated, the seller must verify the applicable NAFDAC registration or other authorisation, product category, advertising restrictions, storage conditions and lawful distribution channel. Products that require prescription handling, special permits or professional oversight must not be enabled in ordinary checkout without verified compliance.
NAFDAC's published rules require registration and prior approval for drug advertisements. Some product categories have separate advertising rules, and the exact requirements depend on the product. The seller and site operator must obtain qualified compliance advice rather than assume all herbal, wellness or nutritional products are treated alike.
Pricing, promotions and customer service
The seller must follow any current written Kedi rules for pricing, discounts, bundle offers, promotions, referral claims and territory. Kedi’s published rules state that distributors must sell at the company’s retail price and must not mark prices up or down or run their own promotions without written company approval. OCL must not invent a Kedi-approved price or promotion. Product prices and stock status must be reviewed regularly, and any price changes should be reflected accurately before checkout.
Customers must receive clear order confirmations, delivery information, cancellation and refund guidance, and a route to report suspected product defects or adverse reactions. The seller must not pressure customers into purchases, make earnings guarantees, or suggest that membership level guarantees medical results or unrestricted business privileges.
Suspension, records and acknowledgement
OCL may pause a Kedi listing if the seller's authority cannot be verified, a product is subject to a safety alert, required documents are missing, an advertising claim appears non-compliant, or Kedi requests removal under a verified applicable policy. The seller must cooperate promptly and preserve supplier and transaction records.
Before publishing Kedi product listings, the owner should upload or record the current written Kedi policy version, confirmation of the seller's membership and channel permissions, applicable brand asset permission, and required product registration and advertising evidence. This website policy does not itself grant permission from Kedi Healthcare.
